My stay was okay overall, but I did have one major issue. I booked a room meant for three people, but the bathroom only had two bath towels and two hand towels — no washcloths at all. When I went to the front desk to ask for one, I was told that the type of room I booked doesn’t include washcloths. That honestly makes no sense to me. The room has a shower, so how is it that washcloths aren’t provided? What kind of room do I need to book just to get a basic item like that? Never again

Everything is perfect to be honest but they don't mention or try to advise the guest regarding the club behind the hotel with music every day until 4:00 am. It would have been perfect to inform in advance since it shouldn't be a surprise for the hotel and if they want to raise the level, some earplugs, jejeje

I found this hotel to be very beautiful. The location is gorgeous, overlooking the azure and glistening waters of the Caribbean sea. Housekeeping was on point and the staff at check-in were very helpful in getting us situated and answering our questions. I appreciated the free breakfast each morning, although the portion sizes were quite small. The only other thing that could've made my stay better would have been access to the beach, but the property does boast a pool and hottub.

Front desk was very welcoming, we only stayed 2 nights and our first night was great. The second day the wait staff was not going in order and we waited for our breakfast for almost an hour. Unacceptable. Otherwise the bar guys and front staff was great.

Had the MOST AMAZING stay at this property. The staff are so kind, check in was a breeze, our room was clean and bright, and the location/views cannot be beat. Highly highly recommend Hibiscus Lodge. My boyfriend and I stayed in multiple hotels during our trip to Jamaica (including more expensive ones) and this one ended up being our uncontested favourite.

The view was wonderful. Just like the advertisement. very clean friendly place.. It was right in the heart of the places to be. The music was a bit loud and played all night til 4. But I loved it. It was 1hour and 43 minutes away from the airport.

The view of the ocean is to die for.The loud music at nights was the worse. They don't stop until 4:00 in the morning. Food was on point along with the customer service.
