"I give this a one star because first they said my kid broke the water heater when she didn't because the day before she used it perfectly fine and they accused my kid. The kitchen staff was talking in the kitchen and didn't see who break the water heater and accuse her. She saw my kid press the heater water button but it was not working then my kid got accused of breaking it. If the kitchen staff blamed her that may avoid herself blamed by her manager, this made us even more angry....my kid was so sad and thought the adult was listening to her just pointing fingers on her since the kitchen lady accused her, this upset her so much since she didn't do anything wrong.
Furthermore, they also charged us $45 saying that we used extra plates in our breakfast while we had breakfast at their small breakfast room. We stayed three nights there and we only went to breakfast for two mornings because the winter storm that we can't return to the hotel one night but we got charged extra plates for three nights. What a ridiculous Hotel!!! I called the hotel and left my phone number to have their manager call me back. The corporate hotel manager (customer service manager) called back and told me that the hotel put a note to my charge that we use extra plates. The hotel provides continental breakfast but we were limited to take one plate? During Pandemic time, the hotel was so cheap to charge us extra plates? I was so shocked. The manager apologized politely and promised to credit me "
