Mobilty accessible stay

Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Good selection for breakfast with hot and cold selections. Only suggestion I have is accessible room layout does not make sense. Bathroom door swings the wrong way for wheelchair passage and shampoo and soap are behind the seat which requires the person to reach behind themselves. Not practical.

We were very pleased. Our first time. The mineral pool was lovely, the staff super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The two ladies in the breakfast area were a delight and very hardworking. Even though there was a concert in town we had a very quiet experience. No noise at all.

The service is very bad, the hotel management is disorganized, not caring the customers. Even I called in advance to confirm my booking, when I arrived at night ,they mentioned they needed to send me another hotel; I had to debate with them. Finally , they assigned the room for me; but when I was trying to open the room, someone is inside the room. I did have to come back with them for the issue; they doubled check they assigned the wrong room for me. And take a while, they could assign the right room for me, that is midnight until then.
