Check in was embarrassing when both debit readers reported my cards failed. The next morning,I had to check in again as I had changed my stay to 2 nights and again my cards failed. Both days I shopped all over Moncton with no problem. Not happy

Friendly check in. Rooms nice and clean. Comfy bed!! Hallways clean and well decorated. Great stay. Close to shopping and casino. Easy entrance and exit to hotel from highway. Free breakfast has good variety of hot and cold food.

Staff were wonderful, rooms were clean, beds comfy. There was no hot tub as advertised, I choose hotels with this amenity due to my disability. Because of problem with faulty keys and locks our meal time was later than anticipated, which interrupts my medication requirements. I’m always prepared to pivot, but when I plan and pay for a nice getaway treat I expect a positive experience.

10 minutes before the pool closes they shut down the slides. Same for breakfast. Don't get there last minute as they don't refill the buffet 30 min prior closing. I have seen better comfort for pillows and bed. The walls are not soundproof so be ready to be waken up early.
