This was our 2nd stay in 3 weeks. Staff was very friendly. We dined in the dining room on both stays and were very disappointed. Food was cold both times and on our 1st visit we watched mouse run across the floor. The mouse was terrified. We reported it to staff but don't know what happened We stayed at the location because the event we were going to were there and it was convenient.

Stayed for 2 nights during a show at the casino. Staff was friendly. Hotel overall seemed clean The pool and hot tub were awful. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and the hot tub had a scum over it when not in use. When people were in there was a good six inches of foam. Needless to say we didn’t use those amenities. Too bad reallly. Otherwise it was fine

This was our second stay at this property. We attended a show at the Casino, so the ease of having a room at the same location was ideal. The room was dated but mostly clean, save for the edges of the duvet and a massive rust stain on the broken desk. The staff was mostly friendly, and the on-site restaurant was reasonable and enjoyable.

Buffet was mediocre. not worth the $65.00. The bartender did not know how to make a proper old fashioned or a Sicilian Kiss even though we gave him instructions. The restaurant doesn't open until 10:30 a.m. We were told if we wanted breakfast to go to IHOP. The shower has stains on the ceramic floor. I am being generous with 2 stars out of five. Marriott is a whole lot better. We won't be back

Lighting in room was terrible one small pot light in the washroom three lamps in the actual room which we’re all dull light. Nothing was bright, so it was very hard to see in the washroom as a woman putting your make up on very poorly lighting for the whole room and secondly, the cleaning, I stayed three nights. They only made my bed once and that’s because I went down and said something at the front desk plus they were glasses that I had used and pop cans that I had used that were left on the table. They never did take them away and put them in the garbage unreal that’s what you pay for to have everything cleaned and the first time I was there. There was a half a roll of toilet paper so I had to go down and say something about that as well, so wasn’t overly thrilled with the room

It was a convenient stop for us, and the hotel was nice. Seem to be a lot of movement because of the casino. We weren’t that impressed with the Dining choices/menu and so went elsewhere. But overall, we don’t have any complaints..

The room we were originally assigned to was absolutely disgusting! The smell of smoke and humidity were the first thing that caught us off-guard when we opened our door. Then the lamp shades and the chairs around the small table had seen better days, let alone the pieces of wood missing from the bedframe. If I wouldn't know any better, it's almost like a 90's band had a party in there and then left the place in a complete mess! We were finally moved to another room after making up a story about fear of heights, and then moved to the ground floor. That room was a little better, but dear God, I would NEVER stay there again! You can get so much nicer and cheaper in and around the area.
