The MAESTRALE 1 bedroom apartment is part of the ancient restored stone Farmhouse "Antica Masseria Timparuci" which is located in a very safe and quiet area (the complete facility includes 4 units); it is set in over 2 acres of breathtaking grounds which include a fragrant mediterranean garden, wild plamts and a its Big Pool, Timparuci offers unsurpassed comfort and relaxation.
This XVII century farmhouse was renovated on the 2009 to a high standard with all the main facilities including WiFi. clima. The complete facility includes 4 apartments and 1 double bedroom.
As you can see from the pictures online, all the apartment comprises a fully furnisshed kitchenette with all amenities, a living/dining area, 1 big double bedroom, wardrobe, a carefully laid out bathroom with designer toiletries, precious mosaic panel, shower, bidet. The outdoor area comprises one furnished private terrace.

The MAESTRALE apartment is composed by:
- 1TV/lounge room (about 30 sqm) with big size sofabed ;
- 1 double bedroom (about 25 sqm)
- 1 sofa bed in the living room (2 sleeps)

Swimming pool is not heated and not fenced. Towels / Linen are included and are changed weekly. Beach towels available. Other: The terrace offers a great view over the valley and the countryside; it has a barbecue, table and chairs for eating out-of-doors.
