The Little White House (a cozy little single-family home in the center)

The house is comfortable and equipped with all the amenities. It’s located in an area with everything you need. Perfect for 6 people, whether family or friends.

Strategic location. You can explore Modica on foot! Right next to Corso Umberto I and all the wonders of the local Baroque architecture, yet just a short distance from the local beaches. In 20 minutes you can reach Scicli, and in less than an hour, Syracuse, Noto, and Ragusa.

Booking—even for just one bed—grants you exclusive access to all areas of the home without any other guests present.
When our guests arrive, we are always present both to welcome them and to provide specific instructions about the house. Only if guests arrive at times other than the scheduled check-in times may they gain access via the keypad, after we have sent them the code.

There is a security camera on the premises. The camera only films the area around the front door and does not film the cottage itself or the interior of the house.

You can relax in this quiet, centrally located space.

The house is a single-story structure accessed via an entrance staircase.
The house consists of:
- a living/dining room with a sofa bed;
- a kitchenette equipped with all necessary accessories and appliances;
- a master bedroom with direct access to a small bedroom with two single beds;
- bathroom.

The property is equipped with:
- washing machine;
- dryer;
- a work area (desk, lamp, various stationery items);
- hot/cold air conditioners;
- heated bathroom.
There is also a fire extinguisher.
