Room was clean. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options. Doors are heavy so I woke up early as doors were slamming. Check in was smooth and the woman that checked me in was very helpful when I had an internet connection issue.

Requested handicap accessible room with king bed. Upon arrival we were told no king rooms were clean and ready. Having limited time to change and get to an event we agreed to take a queen room. Arriving at the door to room 105 it seemed it was handicap accessible having a button assist to open the door. I didn't really need that but I did need accomodations in the bathroom that weren't there. The toilet was the low type that most handicapped people can't use. There were no grab bars to assist in getting up from that low toilet. The shower was inaccessible to me because it was a shower over a tub and had only one grab bar that was mounted on the wall under the spray. Using the toilet required me to turn sideways and push up using the top of the toilet tank and the edge of the tub. Very difficult and unsafe. And taking a shower was impossible. I received a voice mail message from your front desk a few hours after I voiced my complaints. Being at a loud party I never heard it or saw it until we returned around 11 pm. They offered to move us to 127. But we'd already unpacked &undressed and I have no idea whether or not the other room would have been any different. Additionally, when going to bed I found that the beds were so high I couldn't get into them. I'm average height at just over 5'5", but my handicap is in my hip. Try as I might, I wasn't getting into that bed until my husband brought over a luggage rack that allowed me to put my feet on it and scoot up. Miserable stay!

Nice facility overall. One big issue. Bathroom shower area is musty smelling. We believe it’s due to wallpaper on walls holding in dampness. Wallpaper around moisture areas is a bad design. Use at least a semi-gloss paint. The smell leaked out into main rooms. :( Everything else was good. Thanks.

Breakfast was really above and beyond for a complimentary thing. Didnt get told to limit what I took to eat and they kept the breakfast filled throughout the morning. The remote control in the room didnt work to control the volume of the TV and neither did the buttons on the TV but thats a minor thing. Easy parking, comfy, quiet, good service!
