Looked like a newer or recently updated Best Western. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I think could have made our stay a little better would be that when I checked in the desk person should have mentioned that the breakfast only goes to 9:30. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels and they all have had breakfast until 10:00. But other than that the stay was great and I would stay there again.

The only fault I found was floors in bathroom were not the cleanest. Everything else was very nice. Staff was polite. Dining area was lovely and clean. Hallways clean. I didn't bring a dog this trip, but if I had the grassy walking area was close and convenient. They even had poop bags supplied. I would stay there again. Thanks

Great hotel, TERRIBLE Ant problem in parking lot

Very friendly place. I felt the room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. However, parked our van in the front parking lot near to the entrance. We noticed at breakfast, a couple of ants here and there on the tables. No big deal. We never saw any in our room. But, when we went out to our car to leave, our entire car was infested with ants. We still had a very long road trip left and I spent three hours with my head down as we drove killing ants. The more we killed the more they swarmed into the car. Finally, we had to buy Ant killer spray, sprat down our entire car, air it out and continue our drive. Clearly there is an ant problem in the parking lot and in the building. It looks like they’ve done a good job to keep them mostly out of the building, but the parking lot definitely needs to be attended to. I can’t describe how disturbing this was.

This was a nice place to stop for the night between Berkeley and L.A. There was a complimentary breakfast that was very convenient. I have one complaint and it would be that the body wash was empty in the shower. It was an unplanned overnight so I didn't have all my toiletries with me thinking that all hotels would have soap. I ended up using the little bar soap placed at the sink. Other than that I would still stay here in the future.

We loved that this property had EV chargers on site! The room was fine; clean and well-equipped. There are several good dining options within easy walking distance and breakfast was wonderful.
