"This is a quality hotel stay at an excellent price. Very clean rooms (we had 2 at the end of April ‘26). This is a very well maintained property in a quiet area. Our room had a full kitchen with full-sized appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) and was fully stocked with cooking equipment, plates, etc. There was also a sofa and dining table for four. Highly recommended and 5-stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️"

"The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny. So charming, comfortable and relaxing by the river! If you’re staying during off season (April 5th - November) a lot of the restaurants nearby will be closed but some options are still available. Can’t wait to stay here again as I travel through this area for work frequently."

"Not a ski trip, so take that into account. I love the location of this property in Breck. They are super dog friendly, which is important to me. I forgot dog bowls and they had clean bowls for my room. Awesome coffee bar, and they make their own syrups, jams, etc giving piece of mind to real food and ingredients. Love this place."
