The studio we rented was spacious, comfortable, clean and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had some trouble controlling the heat and the construction caused some inconvenience and the property manager responded with a refund for our our discomfort. We would rent from this property again and highly recommend it.

This hotel was fantastic, minus a few things. The location was phenomenal, adjacent to Main Street and was able to walk everywhere. The room view was perfect! Faced the slopes and sunset. The room was clean, minus a few trashes not taken out. Staff were also so accommodating and nice. With that, there are some downsides. The property is under construction, which I wish we knew about. Work started at 730A and woke us up. The TV was also a hassle. We had to get it back on the router and log into our own streaming services. The rooms were a little out dated and the digital key hardly worked for me. Even with getting on their wifi. I was stuck in the garage for a while. Other than those things, it was a nice stay. The location is the selling point.

The unit was a great size with full kitchen and 2 TVS. Clean and quiet. Could of used some instruction on the 5 remotes or what channels were included. Great whirlpool tub and wonderful location. Very walkable. Enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. Construction going on outside and not all the hot tubs were open but not needed at this time of year. Must pay to park your car in their garage.

The room was great the front desk was ok they didn’t elaborate on much just got checked in and went on our way.. there was a door we could go out but not get back in another guest told us how to work the door but the desk guy did not but over all it was perfect!

The parking is the main problems, unable to unload our stuff at the unit. Then took 7.5 miles away to park the car n catch a bus to returned to tge unit. This option wasn’t mentioned on early boxing time on the web. Only mentioned when after confirmation. Bad!!

This location and condo was wonderful! The amenities were amazing and my kids loved the game room and pool. Our only complaint was that the pull out was broken. We had a family of 6 and had to attempt to put the pull out bed back together (springs detached from the base and was badly ripped up) other than that it was a wonderful stay! Parking garage was difficult and hard to figure out and drive thru but once we parked, we didn’t need our car again bc we walked everywhere. would def recommend and stay again!
