This was an immaculate facility. The breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious. My only complaint and it’s a significant one is that there was no indication when we were parking that there would be an expensive parking fee. You learn this information pretty much after you park your car. The person who checked us in just had us sign something with regard to our parking, but made no mention of a parking fee. It is $45 a day during ski season and otherwise $35 a day. When we tried to communicate with the manager or desk people, they were defensive and I would say a little condescending. Anyway, as mentioned, the hotel is really good. I think the staff needs to do a better job communicating and treating their guests like guests. If somebody’s paying over 250 bucks for a room, it’s not about the parking it’s about the principle of not communicating it. Again, otherwise the hotel is very clean and highly recommended. The staff can do a better job.

It was a lovely hotel. My only regret is that I did not have any money to tip the hotel cleaning staff for doing our hotel room. Please let them know I feel bad about that. They work so hard and I do appreciate them. Karen

Room was very spacious and clean, and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being close to the road, it was reasonably quiet. It was easy to get to and from Vail Village and Lionshead. Parking was convenient, but expensive. Cheaper/free parking would make it a 5/5. Nonetheless, would stay again.

!!Read before booking!!

This hotel was very nice and clean, located in a beautiful part of Vail. The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a patio. Breakfast was good, and overall the stay felt perfect. The only downside was parking. If the hotel lot is full, guests are required to park about five minutes away in a garage and rely on the hotel’s shuttle service. This makes it inconvenient when wanting to access your car, go out at specific times, or wait in the cold for the shuttle. Aside from the parking situation, everything else was great.

It's a very nice property, new and clean, big lobby with a bar. Also, there is a nice outdoor space- 4th floor open patio and around the hot tub on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was good and fresh. They also have a shuttle working well which was very convenient, just a few minutes drive to downtown Vail. I'd definitely stay there again.

Almost brand new hotel that was stunning from the lobby to the rooms. Shuttle service was great and enjoyed being able to park in a covered parking garage. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from as well.
