Made my reservation for 2 adults and 4 kids. So they knew we would be using the pull out couch there was no pillows or blankets for it I had to ask and then was only given one pillow. 3 towels only for 6 people in a double queen suite. Just kind of disappointed

The breakfast and snacks were incredible. I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort. The room was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The only thing, was the pull-out couch was a little rough. But I would 100% stay there again.

The breakfast is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We were on the 5th floor and there was LOUD construction directly above our heads so that wasn't pleasant--but overall this is my favorite hotel in the Twin Cities metro area.

The property was under construction, but the new upgrades feel very warm, clean and welcoming the area for the buffet and the happy hour. It’s nicely done. The staff were great.

Would have love to seen our room service more. The 1 day they did do room service she didn't even empty garbage or anything. very minimal. The breakfast was great. And we were bummed that restaurant was not open, we understand it was christmas but it would have been convenient
