Great for a family weekend.

Great facility with timely airport and mall shuttle. They offer a variety of pillows in the room for those who like a very minimal pillow and those who like a more "full" pillow. The bedding for the couch that pulls out was in the closet, which was a bit of a pain to find in the dark, not many lights come on with the main light switch. Breakfast is good, but you'll need patience if you want a waffle as there is only one waffle iron (my kids and just about every other kid there was in line). Mall shuttle runs once an hour. Airport shuttle was easily scheduled (every half hour). You can walk to the mall in about 10-15 minutes though.... Uber eats delivers to the front desk at a specific table. Great Wolf Lodge is close by as is Ikea. You can also walk to the river quite easily.

Adequate hotel conveniently located near MSP airport. Greeting staff was excellent. Room was basically clean and comfortable but not fancy. Leaving property in morning was less than excellent. I approached front desk to check out with gentleman behind desk occupied bt administrative duties I guess as he never acknowledged me. I finally noticed key drop which I guess was protocol for checking out as man behind counter never even looked up? I understand being busy but no “hello “ or “I’ll be right with you “? Not a very pleasant check out experience

The only complaint that I had was, the air conditioning was not adequate to my liking. it also seemed like we were over the pool area because i could smell the chlorine used. Despite that, overall liked the hotel. it was good.

We had a great stay. Front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. Room was surprisingly quiet being in such close proximity to airport. The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Good coffee. No complaints.

Clean and comfy!

Friendly staff, checkin was pretty quick, the room looks new and very clean, spotless. Beds were comfortable. Room temp and Shower water temp were perfect and the free shuttle to/from airport and mall was pretty hood. I missed breakfast due to early departure. Definitely will stay here again.
