This was 2nd time staying here 1st time was bad n they asked us to give them another shot so my wife n i did and this time was worse than the 1st time. We booked a king bed ended up w 2 double beds. Hallways smelled horrible and had trash down Hallways. Found dirty used wash cloths still hanging from shower rod in bathroom. Hot water didnt last long in the shower. 1 of the beds was right up against the refrigerator and stove top area of room. Staff was not friendly and seemed liked they didnt care when i addressed these issues with them. Would not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Booked for the MainStay Suites side of the hotel and was given a room on the Comfort Inn side as there was no availability. A bit frustrating, but a room is a room. First room given had an AC unit that absolutely could not keep up with the heat outside. After one night, we couldn't tolerate it anymore and talked to the front desk and they were able to move us to a room with working AC no problem. Rooms were relatively clean and staff was very friendly.

Good on the outside not so much on the inside

Hotel looks great from the outside but not so much on the inside especially when you get to your room it look like somebody had a hair coloring party in the bathroom the countertops are all stained with red and white what appears to be hair dye there is what I hope is melted wax all over the nightstands and counters in the kitchenette and in the bathroom and there is a slight smell of urine close to the bathroom kind of nasty

—The check-in process took 30 minutes, why? —The ice makers on floors 2, 3, and 4 did not work. No ice available. —In a room overlooking the parking lot with bright flood lights, there were no shades or drapes to block the light.

My stay here was very inconvenient, when checking in the clerk charged my card 3x for 1 room and was told that there was nothing they could do until the payment posted which was very inconvenient. One of the beds in the room was broken. The hotel comes with free shuttle to and from the airport and to the mall however upon checkout almost missed my flight due to requesting a shuttle and an hour went by with no response. Overall my daughter enjoyed her birthday weekend , but I will never stay at this hotel again!

Would not stay here again

We had 3 rooms for our family. Two of them were acceptable. The third room smelled of smoke, light switches did not work. The door was broken so slammed shut everytime you opened it. We paid extra to park 2 cars and use the airport shuttle. On our return trip we waited over an hour to get picked up. We had to call 4 times to get our Scheduled pickup on the return of our trip.

The room was spacious and clean however the safe in the room was not working. The drains were clogged. Me and my family went to the pool & we were told they ran out of towels so we had to walk to the room drenched. The customer service here could’ve been a lot better. It was just ok here. Good for a weekend only nothing more

Felt like an area I would not want to be alone. Hallways had a marijuana odor, lots of trash outside rooms. My Credit card was charged twice; they had to look into it and assured me they would remove the 2nd charge.
