We just stayed for one night before transferring to a hotel closer to our event, but I wish we could have stayed here the whole time. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast stations were clean and offered a variety of options, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Our suite was beyond our expectations — spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs perfectly. The hotel’s central location made it easy to get around and reach all of our destinations. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our only disappointment was that the bar was not open during our visit, as it would have been nice to relax there in the evenings. Otherwise, everything about our experience was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!

This was the nicest stay we have had in a hotel in some time and we travel a lot. The suite is just perfect! The large island/dining/work area was just fabulous! And the option to watch the tv either from the bed or sitting area was very convenient if one of us went to bed earlier than the other. The compact sectional in the sitting area was awesome and it was great to cuddle on or stretch out as 1 on. The issues we did have… the shower door wouldn’t stay closed no matter what unless you wedged a towel in it. When our room was cleaned someone touched the thermostat and our room was over 80! So we had to take the shuttle to the mall for a few hours as it cooled down. The shuttle! It’s awesome! So very accommodating. We went back n forth to the mall a few times a day. Everything was soooo clean too! The only thing that was really off putting was the gentleman working the hotel bar area. Twice we went to go and order food to take to our room and both times we changed our minds. He was just so very curt and rude, and not just to us. Another couple just before us the second time we tried were also spoken to very rudely. First time I thought, anyone can have a bad day etc but second day n with multiple patrons… no thank you. Which was unfortunate as EVERYTHING about this hotel was fabulous. The front desk staff we saw through our week stay here was so great! Friendly, they were more than happy to offer food n leisure activity ideas for the area etc but just don’t patron the bar!!

Our stay was really good, although the QR code stated we would have our towels refreshed daily and every 3rd day our linens changed. We didn't. We had to ask for the towel refresh, and we never did have our linens changed or made.

My room was Infested with Lady bugs (i have pictures) I brought it to the front desk immediately. Their response was to send someone from housekeeping to vaccum the rug. They refused to change my room. The so called "restaurant" was nothing close to an actual restaurant. The Bartender appeared to be intoxicated, and the menu was literally a watersoaked booklet with fast food options. The shuttle driver gives you a business card and tells you to "call the hotel when you want to be picked up from the Mall of America." The problem is, is that you have to TEXT the hotel and hope for a response in a timely manner. I texted the hotel at 3:26pm on October 18th, I received a response 7 minutes later which stated "I will send the driver out." At 4:02pm i sent another text inquiring about how long it would take for the shuttle to pick us up (the hotel is literally a 3 minute drive to the Mall of America) at 4:08pm a response came back amd said 10 to 15 minutes. So after waiting for 37 minutes we were told it would be longer. When the shuttle finally arrived it was driven by what I believed to be the weekend manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. She drove the van in a wreckless manner and appeared to have been bothered and inconvenienced because she had to do the shuttle driver's job. When we arrived back at the hotel i had bumped my head and almost fell out of the shuttle and she was very sarcastic with her concern for my well being. This hotel stay was TERRIBLE!!
