I was disappointed to have to switch rooms three times during a short two-night stay. My first room faced the freeway and airport, making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. After moving to a second room, I reported a maintenance issue in the morning, expecting it to be fixed while I was out. Unfortunately, I returned in the evening to find the issue unresolved. While the staff was willing to move me a third time, having to constantly pack and unpack was a major inconvenience that disrupted my stay.

Paid parking, took 1hr15 mins to get shuttle suppose to run every half hour. Got disability room because they overbooked king room. Fell completely out of shower and broke shower curtain snap offs due to no mst or texture on tub for disabled person. Lucky didn’t have to call ambulance. Hold $100 for indents. Checked card and holding $100 one charge and $92 another charge-no explanation. Our trip was amazing-our motel was a bummer!

So, there's a mix-up about the shuttle and parking. Hotels.com said they were free with my booking, but the hotel said I needed to book through Parksleepfly.com. I checked with Hotels.com before I went and they confirmed it. Even though the front desk helped me out this time, I'm worried about this happening again if I book through Hotels.com in the future.
