The overall room and amenities were nice, room was clean and comfy. What I didn’t not appreciate were the extra fees that you don’t know about until after you book your room. I payed for my stay upfront a week before, a day before my stay they inform that there is a 15 dollar fee (per day) if you have a car there. Also when checking in they take $100 for and incidental fee, I know that’s normal but to not have it listed anywhere to let us know in advance is not cool.

The bed smelled bad. You can smell the bodily odor on the mattress & pillow through the sheets & pillow case. The rooms have carpet which means they are filthy & dusty. The restroom was not well stocked with toilet paper. We ran out of it. Two used up rolls ran out for 4 of us & I am pregnant. The self-serve washing machine was a good thing but it smelled like fish & mold. The breakfast was so bad. No bacon & broken waffle maker on 12/30/25 and same on 1/02/26. Eggs on 12/30 were good but on 1/2/26 it was a disgusting reheated omelet. Self-serve kiosk items for purchase were way too expensive regardless of convenience. Accident waiting to happen indoors on wet slippery entrance. $15 parking is crazy so I didn't park my car here.

Overall stay was very good. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Just a couple of items to point out: 1. Bathroom door was difficult to close because the bottom of the door rubbed against the floor. 2. Condition of the parking lot was not good especially since we had to pay for parking. Ended up getting the last spot in the lot which required the furthest from the entrance. Very icy and snow-covered making it difficult to walk. 3. I'm aware that coffee was available in the dining area 24/7 but with no coffee maker in the room, this was a definite negative.

Check in was awesome! Katie was amazing and even went up and beyond for me with regards to a beverage. The room was spectacular and the whole experience was outstanding. Will definitely be staying here again! Staff were all beyond friendly as well. Will recommend to family and friends too! Perfect!
