I cannot believe you charged $15 to park my car in an unsupervised parking lot. My room was run-down. Then there was a rubber smelling odor in my room all night, it was so strong it woke me up. I didn't bother telling anyone about it until the next morning, and the clerk was like "oh well, if you'd told us we would have moved you" Yeah - like that's attractive at 1am. It was NOT a good experience and I will NOT be back. Not to mention breakfast was not available before I left so I can't even say "well that $15 for the stupid parking lot was offset by breakfast". Your place sucks.

We used the shuttle service provided by Holiday Inn from the Mall of America in the afternoon, and to the airport at 5am. It was simple to set up. Staff was great. Pool was small but clean. No hot tub.

Shuttle service excellent, house keeping missed whole day even after calling desk. $15/day parking @ a motel with a huge parking lot. A "motel" IS a hotel you drive to in a car Not all IHG properties charge for parking the vehicle you use to arrive at the property

My son arrived to the establishment and the front staff turned him away. They said he couldn’t stay because of his age. They said it was corporate policy that no one under 21 can stay there. The night staff was rude and said he should stay elsewhere. He was over two hours away from his home and it was already late. My son is in the Navy. He was in Bloomington for military training. I even tried calling and talking to the front desk staff to explain, but the staff was rude and condescending. Holiday Inn does have an age exemption for military personnel. My husband and I checked. It’s extremely disheartening to know that a young man can take an oath to protect his country and die, but can’t stay at a hotel to do that very work. Thankfully a nearby Quality Inn was willing to assist and support.
