Friendly front desk staff and the room was overall clean. A microwave would've been nice to go with the mini fridge. Otherwise, the housekeeping staff person on our floor was also courteous and helpful.

Room and amenities. Our shower broke and they did fix it. The shuttle driver and the maintenance person were amazing. My only complaints are snack or dinner and the breakfast. They “upgraded” because we had to switch rooms. The bare amount of what they consider and upgraded snack or breakfast was like dining at a 2 star hotel. The other issue was using the shuttle. We needed to leave for the airport in the morning so we asked the day before if we would be able to use the shuttle to get back, they were already all booked. This is not in the staff but I feel you need more than 1 shuttle if you promise we can use it during our stay. We used it once because it was always “booked”

I showed up without my purse and very little. The two employees at the front desk were very accommodating and helped me check in and provided some items to make my stay more comfortable in stressful circumstances for me. I felt much more relaxed once I got to my room and slept extremely well due to the amazing bed AND pillows. I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to adult.

Get new pillows, they were terrible. All four pillows on the bed were completely flat when you laid on them. You can fluff them as much as you want but they immediately went flat once you laid down. I understand the difficulty in cleaning the parking lot in winter and with the holidays.
