When we checked in, we looked over the room & realized it had not been made up. They gave us another room. The staff was nice & helpful, but the property is a little run down. Our room was very dusty, & my eczema flared up. There was also no place for us to park. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Very comfortable. I was disappointed that the shuttle didn't run 24 hours. I was stuck at the airport and had to Uber to the hotel. The blind in my main floor room did not close all the way, leaving an opening to the sidewalk outside.

We chose this hotel primarily due to location near the airport, the airport shuttle, and the advertised $5 per day for parking. Not being from the area I did not realize that this was different from “park and fly”, and was shamed by the front desk attendant when we arrived since this is apparently I should not have expected to be able to leave my car there after taking the shuttle to the airport, which was not actually an option. However, they had a sheet ready for me to sign in order to leave my car there for $10 per day, because apparently this is in fact an option, even though I was just told it was not, they just wanted to charge a higher rate for it. It was quite the bait and switch. The front desk staff expressed that the hotel ought to stop booking through Expedia, which was not a particularly welcoming sentiment while trying to check in having prepaid through Expedia. We provided our return flight info and we were assured there would be a return shuttle available, though no info was provided on how to contact the shuttle or where to meet it. When we returned a few days later, I called the front desk the request our return ride but was told the shuttle was not actually running that day. Fortunately the person working that day was much more hospitable and quickly offered a solution in the form of an Uber ride back at no additional cost. I do not plan to ever stay here again though I did appreciate that staff member’s gracious assistance.

The breakfast menu changed each day, keeping it fresh and inviting. Unfortunately, the shuttle was not available when I wanted it because it was a holiday, but the staff offered to get me an Uber.

Was all excited to get an email from Expedia telling me I could download the Hilton app and have a contactless check in. So I do that only to be told at check in that when ai use Expedia to book the room, I can’t do that. Breakfast was lukewarm at best.
