Check in was smooth, welcoming and efficient. My 2 BR suite was in moderate condition. A little dirty. Pop splatter on the walls and something smelly under the fridge. Handprints all over the tvs. For some reason we were given the handicapped accessible room. The day staff were not welcoming or knowledgable. These rooms are advertised with full fridge and kitchenette. Nothing to cook with in the room and there are no utensils. The fridge was dorm sized. The public areas of the hotel are clean and in good repair. The pool and hottub are postage stamp sized but clean and warm. This hotel is overall comfortable but a little under supplied and under cleaned.

Our stay at GrandStay was overall quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, the shower had great pressure, and the TV had plenty of viewing options. However, the breakfast selection was pretty limited, and the pool could use a bit more attention with cleaning. It was also disappointing that both the washers and vending machines were out of service during our visit. Still, we appreciated the peaceful environment and the staff’s hospitality.

It’s was my birthday weekend. The bedroom door looks like someone punched a whole into it. The ironing board was broken. The top blanket smell like some guy’s cologne.

Room is large, beds were comfortable, but the couch was so big I needed to get two bed pillows to sit decent. So ditch the huge couch, get a couch that is comfortable and put a coffee table in the huge room. Otherwise room is good. One more thing, we did not use dishes but noticed there was dishes, silverware in dishwasher that didn’t look clean.
