I rate hotels with two criteria - customer service and cleanliness. The customer service was excellent. We were greeted upon our arrival and given all the details we needed for our stay including what would happen if we needed an earlier checkout. The cleanliness left much to be desired. I had to request that my toilet be cleaned because it was obvious it had not been. The was no towel rack so clean towels were placed on top of the toilet. It would be super easy to add a shelf to the sink area or put a towel rack above the toilet. I know the room has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was dust and dirt and even a bottle top in the door jam of the bathroom door.

Staff was lovely as usual. Entrance is welcoming and clean. Stayed in lower level that wasn't renovated, was clean. Only issue was the shower didn't work. Left front desk know when we were leaving and they put in a work order for maintenance right away.

We booked 2 rooms and they were clean. However in one of the rooms the shower never had hot water, only lukewarm to cool. Had I known I would have reported this but my daughter’s friend never told us until we left. I would stay again as it was clean and affordable. Close to MOA. Close to our Family.

Renovated and nice! They recently redid everything. The staff is awesome. They are very accommodating! Very clean! Breakfast was a full plate of hot foods. Perfect location, close to everything.

Best Comfort Inn Stayed in

Best Comfort Inn ever! Newly remodeled and felt luxurious! Fluffy pillows and pristine sleeping area. Bathroom details were great with a couple places that construction crew overlooked like paint on bottom of door and recaulking inside tub. Breakfast is at 730am and includes both cold and hot items. The staff was very friendly.

Gas stations and restaurants close by. Nice neighborhood. Easy, friendly check-in. Convenient parking. Nice room. Our a/c was noisy. We had to turn it off in the middle of the night. I'd say the 8.4 rating on Expedia is about right.
