We booked 2 rooms and they were clean. However in one of the rooms the shower never had hot water, only lukewarm to cool. Had I known I would have reported this but my daughter’s friend never told us until we left. I would stay again as it was clean and affordable. Close to MOA. Close to our Family.

Perfect, quiet place to stay.

Renovated and nice! They recently redid everything. The staff is awesome. They are very accommodating! Very clean! Breakfast was a full plate of hot foods. Perfect location, close to everything.

Best Comfort Inn Stayed in

Best Comfort Inn ever! Newly remodeled and felt luxurious! Fluffy pillows and pristine sleeping area. Bathroom details were great with a couple places that construction crew overlooked like paint on bottom of door and recaulking inside tub. Breakfast is at 730am and includes both cold and hot items. The staff was very friendly.

Gas stations and restaurants close by. Nice neighborhood. Easy, friendly check-in. Convenient parking. Nice room. Our a/c was noisy. We had to turn it off in the middle of the night. I'd say the 8.4 rating on Expedia is about right.

Disappointing

I had asked for our room to be cleaned every day. One time the sink was not cleaned. Another time there weren't the proper number of towels as well as no cups (coffee or water). The reception area is not as "friendly" for groups wanting to get together down there. There are no tables to sit at. Also there are fewer tables and chairs in the breakfast area. We have been going to this hotel for 5 years when it was a Best Western and are not terribly happy with it the way it is now.

This hotel is probably 30 years old. It’s recently become a comfort inn and has been very nicely refreshed. The rooms are decent size, well soundproofed and well equipped. The beds and linen are new and good quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average compared to your typical roadside hotel.

Fantastic hotel and room...just had a hiccup..

I was exhausted when I got to the hotel and I just really wanted to be able to crawl into bed. The girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful and checked me in quickly. However, when I got up to my room I realized that it had never been cleaned. The bed was not made and the garbages were not emptied and there were dirty towels all over the bathroom floor. It was obvious that housekeeping had never even been in there since the previous occupancy. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and wait to get a new room, but the only thing that was available was a handicap room which of course I took because I had nowhere else to go! Had it not been for that, I would have absolutely rated this as excellent because everything else was fantastic. The bed was perfect for my back which is unusual, the room was extremely quiet, and the new room that I got was extremely clean.
