Breakfast menu was fresh, very clean rooms but there were no handicap spaces in the front of the building. quite a distance from parking lot to front door and difficult walking in the snow and ice.

The hotel seems to be going under remodeling so that's good. But the first room of my two day stay had to be changed because of a gross ring in the toilet bowl. The desk clerk said it was hard water but the next room didn't have it.

The breakfast needs work…I would not call dumping several plastic bottles of water into the dispenser exactly “eco friendly!” The room was hot hot hot- hard to regulate. The lobby had food sitting there for a whole day - could the person behind the desk walk out and throw it away? The Wi-fi only worked in the lobby (not the room) and wasnt a logical user friendly thing to find even then!! I realize it was bad weather- more reason to stay on top of it… never saw a soul doing sidewalks, etc… It was okay -but with a little work could be amazing! The housekeeping or laundry- sat in her car and smoked marijuana… ok but not best “image!” Employees speaking Spanish in front of guests is also sorta “sketchy”… makes guest feel like they’re being spoken about…doesn’t feel good!

There was no hot water on any of the days I was there. I contacted front desk on the 26th after running the water for over 5 minutes and was told to try turning the handle the other way (towards off); the water stayed cold after running it for 3 minutes; I turned it back to all hot and only slightly warm water came on after another 3 minutes. I had a holiday party to go to and had to shower in barely warm water. The same thing happened on the 27th. I reported it again. . .
