Everything was perfect. I won't even consider any other hotel in the future. The breakfast was off the charts nice. The pool was gorgeous (even though I didn't have time to use it). The front desk guys were really friendly and helpful. Every dimension was a 'home run".

Comfortable, clean room and very quiet hotel. The airport shuttle was very important to us, a definite plus. This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn at MSP. Each time we were just there for one night, and onto Europe or the eastern US. The van driver, Alberto and the gentleman working the front desk were very helpful. I had dropped my wallet while exiting the shuttle. Alberto found it and with the help of the person working the front desk, brought it back to me right away. I highly recommend this hotel and the wonderful staff. The housekeeping staff was thorough and pleasant as well.

Staff was very accommodating when I accidentally booked 2 double beds, thinking I booked 2 Queens. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry 2 Queens but had a King with a fold out sofa twin they didn’t additionally charge for! We were very happy and so were our two toddlers. The pool is a bit deceiving from the photos and is small, with a VERY steep drop from 3-5-8 FT quickly. The breakfast is average. The attached Outback Steakhouse is a nice touch!

Beyond expectations!

Very clean, accessible, and had an Outback Steakhouse next to it! How Convenient!! Also never knew you could use one of their lots for airport parking at a discount!

The shuttle was excellent and picked us up within minutes. However the greeting by an older gentleman was less than friendly. I tried to tap my credit card however my tap would not work. I inserted it and he actually yelled at me. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. I was thankful that there were friendly staff at checkout as I had some questions. Not sure i will return.
