My stay at this Baymont has exceeded my expectations. It is very secure and safe, quiet, no drug or police activity. Staff is always present and very polite. Rooms are clean, and the housekeepers never skip a beat. They even check in every day to see if yoh would like any services. I have only been to breakfast once. There isn't a wide variety, but what is served is great. Coffee (regular and decaf), tea, and ice water is avaliable 24/7 to my knowledge. Their fitness room is great. Their pool and hot tub are in great condition. My only complaint is the hot tub could be hotter. Overall, I highly recommend.

The room smelled musty and the air conditioner was loud and did not cool well. It actually woke us up during the night. The most disappointing was the pool/hot tub being closed. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. When I tried to talk to the staff about it, they very clearly did not care. We would not have stayed there if we had know the pool was closed.

The pool and hot tub were closed down, and had been for the previous 2 weeks already. I should have been notified. I specifically rented a hotel with a hot tub knowing we were shopping all day at the Mall of America and then wanted to soak in the hot tub to end out a fun’s girls trip. Wrong. No pool. No hot tub. Front desk staff could have cared less. Incredibly disappointed

We booked the room for the hot tub/pool area, which was not open. Had we known that, we would have chosen a different hotel. The room also smells a little musty. Very disappointed. It should have been disclosed prior to booking, especially since that was one of the filters I used when booking. Very disappointed in Travelocity.

Room was clean, although there was not a refrigerator, which would have been helpful for my 7 day stay. The breakfast hours were 6am - 9am, which is a bit early. I walked across the street to the gas station store to get some yogurt for breakfast. There was coffee in the lobby though.
