The hotel is a clean, somewhat inexpensive option. The room was small, but included an iron and small fridge. Towels were changed daily. Staffing seemed a bit bare boned and not overly friendly. While the breakfast option included name brand breakfast sandwiches, a nice change of pace from normal hotel "free breakfast", there was no unflavored coffee creamer available and the fresh fruit often looked anything but.

I’ve traveled a lot for work over the years and stayed at a lot of different properties. This was my first time at Avid and I was very impressed by how updated and clean everything was. Most hotels I stay at always have something small that’s not a huge deal but it is an annoyance, like outlets that don’t work or not enough surfaces for your suitcase and bags. They’ve thought about the details. I was pleasantly surprised with my first stay. I’ll definitely add this to my list for future visits.
