They are remodeling when we stayed there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only bad thing the breakfast could use a little more options. There is plenty of parking even for those who have trailers.

Disliked: Amenities
You can tell the place has been updated with fresh paint, new carpet, new floors, and nice tile walls. TV did not work. Internet connection was horrible, breakfast was just cold cereal, coffee was old, air conditioning was low functioning and bedsheets felt worn out. Staff was very polite and they worked hard to keep it clean. It felt sketchy with homeless people sleeping outside.
