You get what you pay for! The carpet in the hallways looked like they've never been cleaned. The door to the room's bathroom was missing a portion of the bottom of it. There were lots of people in the parking lot at all times, looks as if many of the occupants are residents. My friend says she heard ppl at 3am. I DIDN'T notice any critters and it seemed to be clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The only thing good about this motel was the bed--it was nice. Everything else, forget it. I asked for more bath towels on the last night of our stay, and the front desk said they didn't have any. There were some really savory characters in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. The floor was filthy dirty. The TV remote didn't work. The windows behind the water stained drapes were filthy dirty. Our first night (we stayed three) night there was lots of noise in the hallway at 3AM. Don't stay at this motel, it is dangerous and dirty.

Cheap but comfortable

I got what I paid for. Cheap, no frills, but a comfortable bed and a warm shower. The building is getting a bit beaten, but it wasn't unpleasant in any way. Excellent access to public transit.

The staff were very helpful but when I was checking in the first room that I got was not clean at all. It had urine. Once they gave me a new room that was also very dirty and was not clean at all. But beyond staff got me into a new room and it was clean but the phones don't work at all. So I constantly had to go downstairs to talk with the front desk

It was dirty, dust, crumbs and dirt were falling off of things. The bath tub was dirty and barely worked it made i loud sound. The mattress barely stayed on the bed. The rooms were nothing like the pictures shown. Then front desk weren’t very welcoming. There was always some shady people standing outside.Lastly it seemed like there was always some type of emergency response vehicle pulling up.

Avoid this place. I stayed 2 nights. First room they gave us was trashed. We went and said something and they moved us to a marginally cleaner room. The neighbors all around were load and obnoxious until 4am. The police were on the property every day at least a few times. This place is extremely unsafe and i didnt even feel comfortable sleeping there. I wouldnt recommend this stay to anyone. Spend the extra 20 and find a different place for lodging.

Do not stay at The motel 6 on 13th and college

This place is not a place for a single person to stay in let alone a family. First strike the phone in my room did not work the employee said someone came and snatched the cords from the main source of power so some rooms the phone wasnt working. Second the shower leaked all over the floor while i was showering not a little but a pool of water. Third they had no towels after i returned for my second night there also the bed was not made they left the blanket on the chair with no pillow cases or sheets. Fourth the place have no microwave no mini fridge no iron board it was just a mess save your money and sanity and stay somewhere else

The room smelled like urine when we walked in. The floor was so dirty after walking barefoot in the room my feet were black in the shower the next morning. We requested a full clean of the room?? Why not done daily?? of the room for our second night there. When we got back we had no bath towels the beds had not been made and the floor was not mopped. We did not stay for a third night like we had planned.
