The hotel smelled like musty carpet. The room smelled equally bad. Opened the window for fresh air but ended up closing it due to outside noise. Staff was friendly. Quick checkin. Comfortable beds. I was grossed out over the smell so passed on the breakfast.

This is our second time staying there. I remember our first stay was pretty good so we decided to come back again. Unfortunately this time, I felt the hotel is not the same anymore. Ice machine is still broken, breakfast selection is limited (they used to had some fruits and more bread selection if I remember correctly), we smelt something funny on our floor. The best part was one of front desk staff who was there when we checked in (Friday night, Oct ). She was very nice and friendly. We had some issue with the room and she solved problem right away. One more thing... I chose the room based on photo of the room (first one King size bed with sofa in the room), but there was no sofa in the room. Later I went back to expedia website and found that they put several different photos (looks like different room) which is very confusing.

Room was very clean. Had fridge,but no microwave.Had coffee pot, Looked like it was recently updated. Bathroom looked new. Stayed in room 201.Hallway had a musty smell but looked clean. Other reviews claimed door didn't lock.But we observed electric lock was secure,deadbolt was missing bolt but top of door had a piece of metal that you fold out it catches the door when it is opened about 2 ". Keeps it secure. Ate breakfast at 730 am. Lots of people but plenty of eggs,sausage,cereal,toast,waffles mini muffins,coffee,tea,milk & OJ.Room relatively quiet. Lots of noise through Hallway door though.

No Showers and Desk Clerks in Hiding

Showers were not working for the entire hotel. Desk clerks were in hiding. Totally unacceptable. First room I was given had no heat and no air conditioning. Second room was better but again no showers working and little or no water pressure. Very nice hotel at one time but the property is a 1 star hotel.

The shower was not clean, sheets had stains if you untucked them. The entire second floor smelled like a wet dog, the room was extremely humid to the point that my bed sheets and clothes felt damp. The only area of the hotel that wasn't off-putting was the entrance. 100% would never stay here again.

I had a slight issue with my reservation they claim they didn’t see it. Once I verified with receipt they gave me a room that smelt horrible, wasn’t clean & didn’t have a working phone. I had to go back down to front desk but the female employee (with glasses) was very understanding and switched my room. The second room smelt great, was very clean & spacious. I loved the mini bottles of dove they left out with clean towels. They offered free breakfast as well. 7/10 experience for me. They should clean the carpet for the second floor the entire hallway smell like feet & fix their juice machine breakfast options was very limited.

The rooms were pretty clean. The breakfast was not good. No eggs, no bread , one type of cereal to choose from/other dispenser was empty. The same lady making many waffles and tied up the machine for 30min. Juice dispenser was broke and coffee/hot water machine was broke.
