I have stayed at this property several times and been pleased enough to return each time. This time I was very disappointed. It was after check-in time and the rooms were not ready for occupancy. After an extra 40 minutes of waiting, we were put in a a handicapped accessible room. Two light’s were burned out, and the mattress was so soft, it was almost impossible to sleep. The morning breakfast was dried out, and overall, poorly supervised. We will not be staying at the hotel again.

We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay.

Stayed for 8 nights and was told maid service would be every 3 days, never got maid service for the entire stay. Breakfast was ok but sausage and eggs get bland after 6 days. On Saturday’s they would serve bacon. There must have been a family of elephants in the room above us because for 2 nights we didn’t get much rest.

Only stayed there for one night. Not sure it’s in the best of neighborhoods. Some sketchy characters hanging around outside and in the parking lot. Rooms were… ok… bathroom… tub either needed caulking cleaned or replaced, A lot of dark areas on the caulk. I would not feel comfortable showering, just didn’t have a clean feel. Pool was fine, but the pool area had some weird stuff on the ground…. no clue what it was, kinda looked like fish parts. Coffee station was lacking in supplies, very few sugars and creamers present. Like I said, one night was fine, but would not recommend for an extended stay.
