The property and staff were nice but we ran into a few issues over our stay. When we returned to our room after dinner, it smelled of weed. I went to the front desk and they were able to move my family and I to a different room

I liked that it was pretty centrally located in the city a lot of shopping and different restaurants nearby. I did not like members of my party getting stuck inside of an elevator for an extended amount of time.

We had a great stay. The rooms have everything you need and clean. Jay at the front desk was helpful. The valet guys were great too. Easy to drop off and pick up your vehicle. Will deal come back!

I think the prices for the sodas and snacks in the lobby are a little bit overpriced. I know that is usually the way it is, but if you would just reduce the prices a tiny bit, I think the guests would be even more impressed that there wasn't price gouging. There was a man named Mark in the breakfast service. HE WAS AN INCREDIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER! So friendly and helpful...and really seemed to care!

SHOCK

Warm water for shower. Disposal did not work. No pillows or sheets for pull out couch.. NO WET TOWEL HOOK except right next to the toilet for a man to splatter when using it. RIDICULOUS!!! Spoke to the asst manager and was told that is how it is.
