Staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Anything we needed, they helped with immediately. Room was clean, beds were super comfy, water pressure in the shower was perfect, ac/heat worked wonderfully. Cannot complain about anything, we'll be staying here for all our overnight Brewer trips.

Floor was very clearly not vacuumed, heavy dust, air unit makes awful clanking noise, light on wall had no bulb. It appeared as though they stated a renovation in the room but not completed it. Called the front desk to ask a question, was put on hold, they never came back to answer again, elevator was filthy, Had there been another hotel available, we would have left. The hotel had no signage at the entrance or on the building itself.

Bedroom sheets and pillowcases were dirty with body hairs on them. It looked like the bed was simply made and neither the sheets nor pillow cases changed. Even had a “upgrade” that provided was in the same condition. Decided to just leave and paid for a room at another location. I was told to contact Hotels.com for a refund, 10 minutes later there was no one answer the call. I’ll just take it as a loss.
