The property was great. King suite with the 2nd room was perfect for our small family (2 kids). Pool and hot tub met expectations. Drinks + snacks in the evening plus a good breakfast spread. Excellent location. Clean rooms/hotel. Staff was just OK. Minimum expectations, but thats fine with me.

Guests in a neighboring room were extremely noisy until 1am. There was a homeless person in the skywalk connecting the hotel to the parking garage, accosting hotel guests.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown with restaurants and shops nearby. This hotel provides a nice hot food buffet at 530pm. The kids had a great time at the pool. Attached parking garage is $28 per day with in and out privileges. We enjoyed our time here.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Any request or question was promptly answered with friendliness and care. Great suggestion by the front desk on dining options. As well as the housekeeping for making sure everything was good to go. Especially liked that they folded and place a blanket we brought on the bed.
