Hotel and rooms doesn't look like the website photos. Bed mattress is hard and frame is made of tin. The bed cover and pillows were dirty, stained, and hair all over the room. Hallways are dirty and the building gives you project vibes. I slept in the office chair at the desk in the room instead of getting or laying on the bed. Staff is very friendly though.

My room was never cleaned, I waited 2 hours for housekeeping to clean it, never got cleaned. I want a full refund, and I will never book yhere again. Very disappointing.

The room and hotel general areas were dirty and unkempt. The staff did not answer the phone on several days, at different times of day. The water coming out if the tap was milky. The breakfast was not good. Front desk staff were unhelpful.

Room bedroom lights didn’t work! Smoke detector wires was hanging! Bed has hair in it! I reserve a king suite but when I got to property they didnt have king suite available so I had to down grade to a double queen room which had no soap and literally one towel in the room when ask front desk for towels they said there was no more

The entire place smelt terribly of weed. There were multiple people that were smoking it outside when we got there too. We were on the 4th floor and it looked like the hallways haven’t been vacuumed in MONTHS. Absolutely gross. There were very sketchy people outside begging for cigarettes too. Please do NOT bring your kids here. It didn’t feel safe at all. There was music blasting at 4:30am too.

Very clean room and close to what we wanted (Plus free parking). Did have a slight pool like odor in the halls from cleaning products. Staff was very nice even giving rides to guests to the Fiserv Forum and back. Breakfast was ok, biscuits & gravy, sausage, pancakes, and black coffee. Not much else. Parking lot a bit unchecked but the price is FREE! Plus, the hotel had security. If you're staying at a "Days Inn" and complaining about not a lot of extras, pay double or triple the price elsewhere and get them. This one is truly a great value, would and will stay here again.

They offer free shuttle, but won’t actually pick you up. We called they said they were sending one and after waiting a while in the cold we called again and then they would keep making excuses and asking to put us on hold. This is a small hotel with their own staff driving the shuttle. There should be no reason for miscommunication or needing to be put on hold. They were deliberately trying to avoid sending it to us. We had to book an uber instead while waiting outside in the freezing cold for 20 min
