Very upset. I checked into ur hotel Thursday night, contacted hotels.com cause I didn’t feel safe, they contacted ur property and was told that you would refund the day 2 &3 stay. Front desk called me asked what was wrong I explained to them, told them I would be checking out in the morning. I checked out the next morning at 8am then get an email on Sunday that you would not refund me and you reported to hotels.com that I stayed the entire duration of the stay which is an out right lie!
