There no toiletries, no cups, plates, glassware, cookware, coffee machine need to be requested. No coffee, self serve water or tea provided in the lobby. A party in room next to is playing loud music, we had to ask on second call to front desk to send security at 12:30 am, because they did not turn down music after the first call.

Hotel was safe & quiet, but some things were dirty or out of repair. Floor was swept, but not clean, hair dryer cord was broken, shower curtain was too short and shower was weak. No dishes in the room we had to get them from the front desk. Laundry room has some machines out of order and no laundry soap was available. Breakfast was very minimal and there were no coffee cups.
