We had a pleasant stay at Extended Stay America. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the property location was very convenient. The staff was friendly, helpful, and everything overall met our expectations. sufficient parking was available at the property One thing we missed during our stay was the availability of kitchen utensils. Since the kitchen facility is one of the main reasons we choose Extended Stay America over other hotels, having basic utensils readily available would have made the experience even better for us. Without the kitchen functionality, other hotels would offer a very similar stay experience. That said, this is only a suggestion for improvement and does not reduce our rating, as everything else cleanliness, staff, room comfort, and overall stay experience was excellent and as expected. Travelled with family.
