Nice stay in Milpitas. Plenty of room for the whole family, close to Great Mall and S. Bay attractions.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Pics are misleading. The carpet in the home is disgusting. The microwave is rusted inside. One of the bathroom showers even had rust. The washing machine has mold. Tons of walls in the home have brown or black spots. On top of all this, the location is horrible. Upon arrival at the property, I tried to cancel with the host and asked them for a refund and they refused. I told them the property was not what it was advertised to be and they did not care. I'd give this place a zero out of ten if I could.

Generally ok. I had the impression from the description that it was a separate house and did not learn it was a duplex until I arrived. Good kitchen tools. I would suggest changing shower curtain in downstairs bathroom. Otherwise functioned well for me and 5 others.
