The stay was ok, but they dont help you with your luggage and they have stairs to get into main door. Also its annoying that they have to lock the main door and only open when you ring a bell, even when you trying to get out they have to be there to open the front door for you mind you the receptionist is not sitting there all the time as they get up to do something, I almost missed my uber waiting for the guy to go to counter and open the door.

It was a good accommodation for 4 night stay in Milan. Hotel is situated a bit far from Milan central. Overall hotel had good ambience and staffs were friendly and helpful.
