Porta Garibaldi, Brera, and Corso Como are perfect for elegant and glamorous evening aperitifs! The location, well-served by public transportation, is a perfect starting point for exploring Milan.



The 30-square-meter apartment consists of a single open space equipped with all the essential amenities. It is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and consists of a kitchen/dining area and a sleeping area. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, a conventional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a freezer. The sleeping area features a double bed and a pull-out sleeper chair that converts into a single bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, washing machine, and shower stall. Additional amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi and a split A/C unit that also functions as a heat pump in the winter.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL); vehicle access directly in front of the building is not permitted. Paid parking is available on Via Messina and Via Bertini

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

The neighborhood is one of the most interesting in Milan. Close to Chinatown but in a quiet part of town, it’s conveniently located near the historic center, which you can reach by public transportation or on foot. There are several excellent restaurants to suit every budget, as well as pizzerias and bars where you can enjoy an evening aperitif and meet locals. Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops, and banks are all within easy reach and just a few minutes’ walk away.

About 300 meters away, you’ll also find one of the city’s best-stocked local markets every Tuesday and Saturday. Sempione Park is a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

The area is truly pleasant to live in and convenient for anyone wishing to visit Milan’s countless wonders. Surrounded by all kinds of shops, ready to serve you at any time of day, you’re just a stone’s throw from the Monumental Cemetery, where landmarks of our history, such as Alessandro Manzoni, are laid to rest. Whether by subway or on foot, you can reach the Arco della Pace, a monument of majestic architecture that serves as the backdrop to the charming Sempione Park. Ideal for enjoying a relaxing stroll during the warmer months, as you cross the park you’ll reach Piazza Castello: here, you’ll see the imposing Sforza Castle, now home to various exhibitions and museums. Continue walking along Via Dante, and you’ll eventually arrive at the symbol of Milan: the Duomo! It’s also worth taking a stroll through the charming Chinatown, walking along Via Paolo Sarpi.

The apartment is in a prime location just a short walk from Milan’s historic center, nestled in the greenery of Sempione Park and surrounded by the nightlife of Via Procaccini and Corso Como.

Strategically located for public transportation, it’s just a short walk (5 min) from the M5 metro line (Gerusalemme), which connects to the M1 and M2 lines heading to the Duomo, as well as tram lines 10, 14, and 12 (on Via Procaccini), making it an ideal starting point to reach the city center (Duomo and Quadrilatero) in less than 15 minutes and the exhibition centers, Fieramilanocity and Fieramilano in Rho in a very short time (10–15 min), as well as direct access to the Navigli area via Tram 10. The Brera district is just a 20-minute walk away (3 km).

From art to shopping, from seeking out the finest delicacies and Milan’s most famous and well-known restaurants to the relaxing greenery of the parks. Everything is within easy reach, and everything is easily accessible on foot or with just a few metro stops.
