Please be sure to contact the hotel online prior to arrival, submit your personal identification information, and obtain your key and access code. Additionally, it is recommended that you check in after 15:00, as the housekeeping staff will be cleaning the rooms. The hotel matches the photos exactly, it is extremely clean and very comfortable.

This place is acc PEAKK!! The location is also very helpful to get litch anywhere and it’s also very accessible. The room is so neat (the mirror is a WIN!) everything was Okayy!! Defo gna book again:)

The check in process was very smooth and the staff was very available and answered fast on their social medias. The room was nice. However, the first two days we noticed that there was a few ants on the bathroom floor. We did not really think of it at first as it was just a few but the last night we noticed a lot more on the main room and also noticed a few in the bed which was really disturbing. I wrote and informed about this via hotels.com as I booked via them but I have yet not received any answer from the hotel. Unfortunately, you can not really see it in the picture but in the video footage it is very visible that there is smal ants moving on the floor.

The room condition is as expected as it looked the same as picture. But the staff attitude is terrible and unfriendly. Despite the good location, I will not choose this property again given the very awful experience with the staff.

By chat to a woman named Lele, you were supposed to have canceled San Lorenzo and instead canceled my new reservation at Garibaldi Palace that I'd just made because no one was there to let me in at San Lorenzo. After a long walk dragging my suitcase, there was only a canceled reservation at Garibaldi. Terrible

I hate to write bad reviews. I am writing this to help everyone going to Milan to avoid the terrible experience we had… When you show up to the hotel, you are unable to get in at all and you are unable to speak to anyone to get in. By chance someone was exiting so we were able to enter the building, losing an hour waiting for the staff to give us instructions to enter our room. The room was filed with ants, spiders and we spotted roaches along the building, which was always accompanied by 2 homeless people who would drink at night and lay in front of the door in the morning. The room had a broker hair dryer & missing common items. You don’t have anyone professional to speak to. Upon checking out, we didn’t have anyone hold our luggage since there is no one on site— they instead referred us to a locker 30+ min away. When we asked for a 30 minute check out they said no. We later saw the cleaner and he tried to explain that they can’t allow a check out by showing messages he received from the staff. In that preview, we saw the staff sending messages to the cleaner telling him to make us check out early and they put laughing face emojis as if they were intentionally being extremely rude. This staff is extremely unprofessional, rude and can easily ruin your trip. This is the worst hotel in all of Milan. The view looks better in the photos. Don’t get fooled like we did. Save your time, energy and money and go to a hotel that deserves your money and service.

The property is located in the city center, which is very convenient. The room included a bottle of water and a coffee capsule for each guest, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. The check-in process was extremely difficult. The link provided by the property could not be opened or copied properly, and I had to use AI tools to obtain working links and complete the check-in. The property was also unresponsive via email, and the phone number provided was not active. We booked this property mainly for the advertised view, but it was very disappointing. In addition, the church shown in the photos was under renovation, and the pictures seem to be significantly enhanced compared to reality. The room was not clean. We found a long black hair on the bed, which was quite unpleasant. The water pressure was very low, and hot water only started after about five minutes of waiting. Even then, it lasted only a few minutes, forcing me to finish my shower with cold water. There were many ants in the bathroom, and the flower pots on the balcony appeared neglected, with dead plants that had likely been there for a long time. Overall, the property did not feel cozy or comfortable, and it did not meet our expectations.

The place itself was great, but the check-in experience was terrible. I had arranged to check in at 9 PM, but since there was no front desk, I had to contact the host through Expedia. No one responded for over 1.5 hours, leaving me standing outside with no idea how to get in. Eventually, they replied and sent me the access code. As a first-time visitor to Italy, this was a very stressful experience.
