This lovely two bedroom townhouse is located in the residential complex of Las Terrazas, in La Cala de Mijas. It is part of a well-established complex which offers mature gardens, with a communal pool and separate children’s pool. Just 1.5km from the house you will find the beach, La Noria golf course and also the town of La Cala. The central high street offers a range of supermarkets, newsagents and some wonderful restaurants and bars. The house offers aircon units in the lounge and bedrooms, shutters in the bedrooms and free WIFI.



This tastefully furnished townhouse is arranged over three levels. To the front of the property there is a car port with an adjoining terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs, which can be accessed via the kitchen. Inside the property the separate kitchen is well equipped. The spacious, open plan living room benefits from an L-shaped sofa, a recliner armchair, a 43” smart TV and a dining seating area. Leading out from the lounge, you will find the partly covered terrace, which features a lounge sofa and chairs and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a WC on this level.



On the first floor, the master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The shower room offers a large walk-in shower and a bidet. The master bedroom enjoys a private terrace which also has a spiral staircase leading up to the roof terrace. Take in the stunning views of both the mountains and the sea.
