Our cozy studio apartment (CALA AZUL), with its 25m2 located on the ground floor, has a double bed of 1.35m x 1.90m, a closet, a bathroom with a separate shower, a sink outside the bathroom incorporated into the common area so it can be used at any time, a fully equipped kitchen, open and integrated into the living room where we find a sofa bed of 1.06m x 1.80m that can accommodate up to two children with a height of around 1.50m of slim or medium build to ensure greater comfort. Its use is not recommended for two adults or older children. A 0.60m square dining table seats four, and an internal patio with a small pool measuring approximately 1.90m x 1.30m x 0.60m deep for two people (children under adult supervision), perfect for enjoying the Andalusian climate (it adjoins the patio of our other studio, Cala Arena, separated by a fence for visual privacy). It also has hot/cold air conditioning, a washing machine, a 100-liter water heater, a television, and internet access. Quality double-glazed doors ensure a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

On the roof of the building (second floor) you can access a common outdoor terrace. (Open to guests only from October to May from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following the rules for its use that will be indicated before entering the accommodation)
