You will be able to enjoy a generous terrace surrounding the apartment, with a covered area, sun loungers and a gas plancha, perfect for enjoying the sun at any time of the day.
The beautiful common areas offer a large outdoor swimming pool (open from 1/04 to 30/09), a relaxation area, a gym and a games room for children as well as a table tennis room. The apartment offers Wi-Fi access and a secure underground parking. You will find all essential services a few steps away, with the picturesque village of La Cala de Mijas and its superb beaches located just 500 metres away, and the supermarket right opposite.
Please note that for your comfort we provide a FIRST NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom as well as some capsules for coffee and dishwasher, which will NOT BE RENEWED during the stay!
