Wonderful apartment in the pretty town of La Cala de Mijas, it is a flat walk to the beach, has shops, restaurants and

bars all around as well being next door to the very popular market (wednesdays and saturdays).

It is on the first floor of a three storey building (so middle floor),has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite

bathroom with walk-in shower, another with twin beds and separate bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a

well equipped kitchen and a large terrace with sun loungers and sofa set.

The kitchen is complete with:

- oven

- fridge

- freezer

- coffee machine

- toaster

- and everything you need to cook for a self- catering stay.



Great Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning and washing machine are many of the things that

are included.



In the area there are numerous bars, restaurants and other services, as well as beaches.



The community boasts large gardens that lead to a spacious community pool with paddling pool that get sun all day.

For check-in after 10.30pm there is a supplement of 20 euros to pay on arrival.

For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for the lock change.

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
