You're walking distance to the beautiful Playa La Cala, amenities and liveliness of the Costa del Sol. An ideal retreat for families seeking comfort and convenience.
The house features two well-appointed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. One double bed and two individual beds ensure flexible sleeping arrangements for families. Each room comes with plenty of wardrobe space for belongings and hangars for your clothes. With blackout blinds equipped for light sleepers looking for a late start. The property boasts three bathrooms including one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one family bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. There is a separate toilet downstairs.
The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring modern amenities such as an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a SMEG branded filter espresso machine and a comprehensive set of kitchenware and dishes.
There is air conditioning throughout the house, which can also provide heating during the colder months. In the bathrooms there is also luxurious underfloor heating. WiFi is available in every room.
