OCCUPANCY & VISITORS

- All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
- Reasonable daytime visitors are permitted only when the total number of people remains within the property's maximum occupancy, all house rules are followed, and the gathering is not a party or event.
- Parties, receptions and events are prohibited.
PROPERTY LAYOUT
- The Private Hideaway is one of several separate units on a multifamily property.
- Your studio is private and exclusively for your group.
- The pool, hot tub and backyard on the property belong to a separate rental and are not available to guests of this unit.
PARKING
- The shared on-property parking lot fits 3 cars, with 1 vehicle allowed per unit.
- Do not block the driveway or the dumpster area.
- Free street parking is generally available nearby. Street parking is not permitted during stadium events at loanDepot park.
- RVs, campers, trailers and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
LAUNDRY
- Paid laundry is available on site.
PETS
- Pets are permitted only with advance disclosure and approval.
- Pet fee: $250 per pet.
SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
- Outdoor smoking is permitted where lawful. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
NOISE
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM and until sunrise the following morning.
- Excessive noise or music may result in termination of the reservation and additional fees.
- Guests are responsible for respecting neighboring units and the surrounding residential neighborhood.
AIR CONDITIONING
- Please keep all exterior doors closed while the air conditioning is running.
- Leaving doors open can affect AC performance and may cause the system to freeze.
PLUMBING
- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilets.
- Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products or any other items.
TRASH
- Please place all trash in the designated bins on the side of the house, or bring garbage to the dumpster on the side of the property.
- Our team handles municipal collection logistics.
ROUTINE EXTERIOR SERVICE
Routine exterior vendors may access outdoor areas during scheduled service windows for landscaping, trash collection or other property maintenance.
These teams do not enter the studio without prior notice except in an emergency.
PEST CONTROL
The property receives professional pest-control service as part of our regular maintenance.
As with any home in Miami's tropical climate, an occasional insect may still find its way inside. Keeping exterior doors closed helps minimize this.
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS
Exterior security cameras are located at the entrance/parking lot and pool area of the property for property protection, safety, access oversight and house-rule enforcement.
There are no cameras inside the studio or in guest living or sleeping areas.
Cameras are not routinely or continuously monitored. Recorded footage is generally reviewed only when reasonably necessary to investigate property damage, safety or security incidents, suspected house-rule violations, access issues or guest/neighbor complaints.
CLEANING
The property is professionally cleaned, reset and inspected between every guest stay.
Household cleaning supplies are provided for guest use.
ICE & WATER
Ice and bottled water are not provided or guaranteed.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS & DELIVERIES
- Please take all personal belongings with you at checkout.
- If an item is left behind, we will check with our team and make reasonable efforts to locate it. Return shipping may be available at the guest's expense.
- We cannot guarantee the receipt, storage or safekeeping of packages or deliveries sent to the property.
