Fabulous building and the room we had was spectacular. I think the hotel side of the building is slightly neglected and could definitively do with some TLC. The “roof terrace” is a space that should be repaired and utilised as there really isn’t anywhere to sit in the sun. Pool is available to use if you don’t mind 50+ diners and staff looking at you. The staff there are perfect….. especially Talia on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Property is nice to look at, staff are very unhelpful besides one lady at checkout, we left the same day as the room has zero sound proofing and the noise was Loud from the room above and the restaurant checkin, not accessible for antibody who is not good with stairs. Every time we went out the property and Back in the young girls at the front would ask us again if we had a reservation for the restaurant, they had seen us a few times leave and come Bach but continued to ask about it even though we had proved we were staying at the property, real annoying. Valet is real bad, no help at all and took 25mins to bring the car to leave. I would recommend to book the restaurant as that was good but don’t stay at the hotel, it’s not setup for guests and more a tourist attraction.
