Very bad service, the breakfast is finished before 10:00 am, it’s not continental breakfast, they only give hard boiled eggs, coffee and bread, it’s self serve, and once it’s finished, they don’t make more, they don’t clean the room well, it’s a long wait for housekeeping service, they put one small toilet paper in the bathroom and if you ran out of paper, they make it so complicated to give more, I would never go back to that place, the only good thing was the location.

This hotel is by far the worst I've seen. Our rooms were not cleaned by staff prior to our arrival and they couldn't give us other rooms. I booked two double rooms and ended up staying in one double and one normal room. Had to share a bed with my uncle. Breakfast was not continental and barely a breakfast, even the eggs were contaminated with rust from the boiling water/pot. Service was subpar and rooms did not have safes for personal items. They charge a resort fee and they don't even offer water. Unreasonable pricing for such a location. They also did not have umbrellas and chairs for the beach as advertised.
Rust water boiled eggs. No they are not organic, they were white prior to boiling.
Glass shards on floor cut my foot. Yup.
Ripped comforter on arrival, no I'm not kidding...

The property was in a convenient and quiet area, but hotel maintenance is terrible. The bed is very uncomfortable, we requested cleanings and they would only make the bed. Breakfast is not good or worth it. Just overall hotel is not worth the buck for what you get.

The place was beautiful and in a nice area, but it was located in a flood zone, which made parking very difficult. Most of the cars, including ours, had to park in large puddles of water, and we had to be careful just stepping in and out. Side street parking was limited and also affected by the flooding. It would’ve been much better if the hotel had its own parking lot. The front desk experience was underwhelming. The staff member who checked us in seemed distracted and not very welcoming—just gave basic info without any real hospitality. The room was clean and spacious, but poorly stocked with only one roll of toilet paper for several days. Housekeeping never came, even though we didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and we had to request service after the fact. The included “continental breakfast” was disappointing—just a random, unorganized setup of food with no real structure or labels. It didn’t feel like a proper breakfast offering. Overall, it was a decent weekend getaway spot, maybe a 3-star experience. It served its purpose as a place to rest, but for the price and cleaning fees, it definitely could’ve been better.

The hotel was very nice and clean, only thing was I asked for more tissue and the pregnant staff told me only one per room, mind you I just got my period so I was annoyed with her because of that, but other that we was able to smoke in front of the hotel so that was great, the parking is somehow because once you get a spot you have to stay there or else you lose your spot so it’s pros and cons at this particular hotel.

The Secret Garden – Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my stay at The Secret Garden was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked into my room, I noticed a musty, old smell, and the bathtub was visibly dirty. I ended up wiping everything down myself just to feel somewhat comfortable. There was a clear lack of staff during my stay. Despite requesting housekeeping service, no one ever came to clean my room as promised. The front desk staff, particularly one woman, was extremely rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. She made me feel like a burden rather than a guest. I requested a hair dryer and was required to leave my ID in exchange—something I didn’t mind at first. However, when I returned the dryer, they couldn’t locate my ID and seemed completely disorganized. It took a while before the front desk could track it down due to poor communication among staff. The towels provided were stained, and when I requested fresh ones, I was told they didn’t have any available at the moment. When they finally did have some, I was met again with rudeness at the front desk. The hotel advertises amenities like a bar and breakfast, neither of which were available. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unsupported, which reflected heavily in the quality of service. The only positives were the room’s design, the TV, and the spacious layout—but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor service and lack of hospitality. If you're looking

This is a terrible hotel to stay in. My worst experience ever! Please see below for details. Highly recommend Expedia to take some action and for travelers to save money and avoid staying here at all cost. - This place starts with check in process, the front desk is not friendly, rude and is not welcoming at all! Asked to pay for the incidental charges and resort fee without telling any details and was charged without telling me what the details are. I asked for the receipt and the receptionist wouldn't provide any details. - The room does not have any basic needs like soap, shampoo, hand wash and no the towels have stains! - The bed is horrible and when you sit on the bed, it goes all the way down to frame without any cushion. - No room service even after telling the room was not in proper condition and did not had any basic needs and no towels! - Breakfast is horrible with some expired food like bread. The breakfast literally has 2 to 3 choices and not hygienic - Water leakage in room! Yes, the water was dripping from the ceiling throughout our stay and even complained the staff, manager. They promised to fix it and have the maintenance guys come take a look. But no one came and nothing was fixed. Basically they don't care. - Privacy: Absolute no privacy at all! The room has bed and bathroom without any doors (half curtain), the windows have no privacy and people can look into the room! We were family with kids and did not feel safe. We saw naked people in balcony.
