Welcome to our apartment unit within walking distance from Wynwood and Design Districts in the heart of Miami. Located nearby cool new bars, galleries, boutiques, clubs, and amazing restaurants. This apartment is perfect for art enthusiasts and creative souls. You will not find anything else like it in Miami.

Please do not hesitate to inquire before attempting a booking request. This allows us to answer any questions and make sure all info is correct.

This first-floor apartment is set up to sleep up to 5 guests comfortably. It is also perfect for working and using for creative purposes.

Guests have full access to the entire unit. The kitchen is fully-stocked with oven, refrigerators, microwave, pots, pan, dishes, coffee maker, blender and more. The Bathroom has a bath tub shower with fresh linens provided to every guest. Get free parking on the building and free street parking beside building.

The location was good for getting to Art Basel festivities easily. A quick Uber ride or I could walk. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The communication with the owner was very clear and easy. I felt very safe.
