The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t have any issues with parking near my room, and the service was good. I only had one problem: for some reason, the hotel charged my card twice on different days. The manager agreed to reverse one of the transactions, but now I don’t know when the money will be returned to my account. This situation affected my plans during my stay in Florida.

I stayed at the Super 8 in Florida City and had a terrible experience. The room was damp and had a strong moldy smell, which triggered my allergies immediately. On top of that, I encountered cockroaches at night, which was extremely unpleasant. The furniture was old, dusty, and visibly moldy, making the room feel unclean and unsafe. Overall, the hotel did not seem well-maintained. After I posted my initial review, the owner noticed that I had placed the moldy chair outside of my room and came to speak with me. He apologized for the oversight and refunded 50% of my stay, which I appreciated. However, the staff still need better training and awareness regarding room conditions and guest care. These issues should have been addressed long before any guest checked in. I hope the management will make serious improvements, but based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff attendant was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The room quality matched the price of the stay although the room we were first given had electrical problems and left us without power which must would consider a minor inconvenience but the attendant was quick to resolve the issue and relocate us with no hassle. Overall the price = expectations & experience. 3 out 5 stars only because it has potential to earn its 5 stars and foot because of anything negative about the plave
