The room was clean, spotless. Instead of 2 beds, it was 1 bed and a cot. The mattress was not very comfortable. In the bathroom they had shampoo and conditioner. They gave us beach towels and bath towels. We had to pay additional money for parking.

I was told that my room didn’t include balcony, they sat me in a room on the ground floor overlooking the parking, No Ac and I was told that later a technician will come to fix the Ac, after argument they gave me a different room that has AC working, the property is very old and dated.

The parking gates were not working, and the complex itself didn't feel safe. The patio doors were unlocked and wouldn't close properly. There were two windows that weren't closed or locked when we arrived that were on the side of the hallway, so anyone walking by could get in if they wanted to. We were able to get them closed and locked but it didn't feel safe upon arrival. The wifi was not good. The location in general was nice though and the interior was clean.

It's cozy, has good lighting and a full kitchen at a fantastic price. There was a missing fixture right at the entrance, but there's so much natural light coming in from the windows and balcony that we never missed it. Wifi was also good with ~50mbps which is on par with most hotel's "premium" speed, for anyone who needs to do work while staying here.

Not bad, but not great either. Old building clean apartment but just outside the apt door it smelled like trash. Luckily the apartment didn’t smell. But convenient place to stay in sunny isles with the beach across the street.

This location is close to the beach, shopping, and several great restaurants. The location felt safe. The unit was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to update the mattress- or maybe add a topper and to add oven mitts to the kitchen.

Clean, well furnished apartment with all necessary items for stay including for cooking. Had two chairs to take to the beach and small umbrella. Close to mall with lots of restaurants, cafeterias, stores, supermarkets and the beach 2 blocks away. One of the ladies who work’s setting up/organizing the apartment was very helpful in helping with check in, her name is Ali.
