The property was very nice and clean. Room was the same and also comfortable. The airport shuttle was a great bonus and was on time! The only two things which stood out to me and for my personal experience was (1) the front desk staff took forever to check us in, and (2) small bottles of water could have been complimentary as opposed to the only option being to having to pay $7 for a bottle of Evian.

Clean and nice rooms with plenty of space. Staff were warm and friendly. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 6 am, luckily there was no fire and it was an alarm malfunction but no one came to turn off the alarm until past 9 am. The emergency stair area was functional but looked aged and wet.

I am expecting a fifty percent discount as the hotel said they would honor it and notify you all as the third party. The fire alarm went off from 6 AM to 9:30 AM on the only night I stayed which was unacceptable. I have video proof as well if you will end up needing this.

Horrible Stay

When it’s says view of the pool, that’s what was expected. Instead I got a view of a very large wall. Also at 6 am the fire alarm went off. Never stopped so had to leave and wasn’t able to shower, eat and get ready for the next part of my trip. Overall experience was horrible. Also it is prolly in the worst neighborhood. Didn’t feel safe to walk to a restaurant.
