Room was clean only thing there was just a funny smell in the hallway and they need to be more accurate on the shuttle. I made reservations for the shuttle and never picked me up when I needed to be picked up.

They seemed to find my booking but then told me that my card had been declined. The last 4 numbers weren’t even my card. Then told me I didn’t have a reservation and had not paid. Took over 20 minutes to get checked in. There is not an elevator on the property. The rates for the airport shuttle have increased from what was online. The walls are paper thin!

There was a spill on one side of the bed, dirty pants were left in room on top of nasty already shaved hair from the previous customers stuck on the shower wall. I don’t think our room was cleaned properly. Very disappointed
